PLM started during the .com internet boom of the late 90s. PLM is on the pulse of modern technology and media, and has monitored their evolution to inform their own approaches—all to give you exceptional services that will last for years to come. PLM has facilitated the success of many small businesses and associations  and established scholarships and funding for nonprofits. The leadership team brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and nuanced perspective that makes PLM the holistic solution for businesses and associations.

Founder & President

Paula LaBrie

Paula LaBrie brings over 20 years of combined experience in business and association management and marketing communications. She has proven expertise with boards, including operations and financial management, and volunteer and stakeholder engagement. Paula also brings  strong analytic skills and an understanding of digital media technology, including visual storytelling through social media marketing. Particularly relevant to any association is Paula's extensive experience with other membership associations, including a strong understanding of member concerns and needs, membership development strategies, and the importance of stakeholder engagement.

Paula completed a Business Development Program in the late 90s with a focus in business management, operations and financial management, and marketing communications. This made her eager to cultivate PLM, a company that would effectively utilize all her expertise with her respective interests. PLM believes that what wins clients and what makes an association or business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets PLM apart.

Paula is a dedicated philanthropist, who spearheaded the Savvy Promotions Scholarship for people with disabilities and has donated her time and energy, participated in public speaking engagements, and raised tens of thousands of dollars for entrepreneurs and nonprofits.

Harjot Singh

Harjot Singh is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, Consultant and Bookkeeper. He has worked as  a QuickBooks support specialist for over six years, and  brings not only the accounting knowledge to the table, but also the ability to manage your end to end QuickBooks experience and make it enjoyable. Harjot can manage your books remotely or on site; however, if you do not need or already have an in-house bookkeeper, but want help cleaning up and/or sorting out your QuickBooks, he can accommodate. Harjot can also help you with setting up or migrating to QuickBooks from your existing system. So make time to do what you do best—focus on expanding your business - do not let bookkeeping and financial paper work limit you. Eva Hompoth

As an entrepreneur, Eva brings two decades of experience in business and nonprofit management and has managed and organized numerous events, including successfully developing and facilitating workshops and seminars across Canada. Her portfolio of work also includes extensive experience in media training, public speaking, and more notably she has made guest appearances on  numerous TV shows as well as being a spokesperson for various professional media groups and events. Eva's success comes from being  a responsive leader and visionary with exceptional intuition and insight. Business owners and board members alike are keen to work with Eva because she listens and follows through on her promises. She is solution oriented and able to assess, evaluate, recommend and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Eva is also a corporate and personal consultant and facilitator and has developed various key programs and workshops to assist businesses and associations with organization-wide brand image continuity. She received her business management training from British Columbia Institute of Technology and speaks four languages, including English and French fluency. Eva is extremely active in her personal life too and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her four legged furry pets, Lola and Ozzy.
